Large Part Turning Capabilities

All forms of fabrication and machining require a significant level of expertise, but for large turning CNC parts, the level of specialized equipment and skill is magnified to meet the need of oversized production.

Wagner Machine has built quite a reputation over the past 60 years in the state of Ohio and surrounding states as the go-to choice for large part CNC solutions. If you’re looking for a machining partner for your large parts, we invite you to learn more about our equipment, industries served, and the types of turnkey projects we machine.

Wagner Large Turning Capabilities

Our large turning CNC capabilities can accommodate projects up to 36” x 80” in length and 14” x 120” for shaft work. Wagner can accommodate sizes on our VTL up to 72” OD X 45” thick.

From prototype work to medium runs, our turning equipment is capable of small to mid-size production and is highly efficient on complete projects. With our adaptive shift model, we can adjust our schedule to meet your demands.

Our CNC VTL, the YOUJI YV-1200A, is built for large, heavy part machining. While it can handle large turning applications, it is an economical and suitable machine for most general-purpose components.

Wagner’s experienced team of machinists and engineers provide turnkey solutions from machining to welding and custom fabrication. We utilize the latest MasterCam and AutoCAD systems to provide fast and reliable programming with minimal errors and downtime.
