Wagner Large Turning Capabilities

Our large turning CNC capabilities can accommodate projects up to 36” x 80” in length and 14” x 120” for shaft work. Wagner can accommodate sizes on our VTL up to 72” OD X 45” thick.

Equipment

From prototype work to medium runs, our turning equipment is capable of small to mid-size production and is highly efficient on complete projects. With our adaptive shift model, we can adjust our schedule to meet your demands.

Our CNC VTL, the YOUJI YV-1200A, is built for large, heavy part machining. While it can handle large turning applications, it is an economical and suitable machine for most general-purpose components.

Wagner’s experienced team of machinists and engineers provide turnkey solutions from machining to welding and custom fabrication. We utilize the latest MasterCam and AutoCAD systems to provide fast and reliable programming with minimal errors and downtime.

Materials, Common Parts, and Industries Served

We work with many different materials, but most commonly we machine titanium, inconel, stainless, aluminum, mild and hardened steel, forgings and castings and anything up to a 70 HRC.
